Duties:

• Working with individuals in their own home or apartment to live as independently as possible.

• Support individuals in all areas of daily living such as light housekeeping, finances, meal preparation, health and community involvement.

• Work independently and in conjunction with other team members to ensure continuity of services.

• Transport people to/from appointments, doctor visits, and their community events.

 

Hours:

• Part-Time/Evenings/Weekends - All with flexible hours

 

Salary:

• Starts at $17 per Hour

 

REQUIREMENTS:​

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Valid driver's license (limited non-driving positions available).

• Current auto liability insurance.

• Reliable transportation.

• Must pass DHS background check.
